iDOFF provides organization management software for churches, schools, estates, hospitals, unions, and businesses in Nigeria and other African countries. Our services include:

• Attendance tracking and management
• WhatsApp notifications and alerts
• Digital identity cards and access control
• Payment processing and financial tracking

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

3. Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on the number of active users in your organization. Payment terms include:

• Monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

4. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your organization's data. Your data remains your property, and we will never sell or share it with third parties without your explicit consent. 5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

iDOFF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
